PayMato prohibits accounts and transactions involving the following products, services, or industries, including but not limited to:

  • Adult entertainment services

  • Aircraft brokers/dealers

  • Bearer shares and anonymous ownership structures

  • Cannabis, CBD, or marijuana-related products

  • Currency exchange services without proper licensing

  • E-cigarette and e-liquid sales

  • Escort services or encounter clubs

  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives

  • Fireworks sales

  • Gambling or betting (online or offline)

  • Illicit drug-related services or paraphernalia

  • Massage parlors not affiliated with licensed healthcare providers

  • Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes

  • Nested MSBs or payment processors

  • Offshore or shell corporations without clear ownership

  • Online dating services without proper compliance

  • Products/services deemed illegal by any governing authority

  • Pseudo-medical or pseudo-financial products

  • Tax anticipation or refund loan programs

  • Tattoo parlors and body modification services

  • Tobacco product sales

  • Unlicensed financial services or remittance platforms

  • Unfair, deceptive, or predatory practices
