At PayMato, we strive to deliver a reliable, secure, and seamless digital payment experience. If you encounter any issues with a transaction, please review our refund and return policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable for the following cases:

    • Unauthorized transactions

    • Platform-related errors

    • Service disruptions directly caused by PayMato

  • All refund or dispute claims must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for transactions that were knowingly and intentionally completed by the user.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Transaction ID

  • Date and amount of payment

  • Detailed reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documents (e.g. receipts, screenshots, etc.)

Requests can be submitted via email or through the in-app support system.

3. Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5–7 business days.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Subscription or platform service fees that have already been used or activated

  • Transactions conducted via third-party providers linked to PayMato

  • Purchases made from merchants or businesses using PayMato—please contact the seller directly for their return and refund policies

5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

If you suspect unauthorized activity or a payment error, we strongly encourage you to contact PayMato Support before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and minimize delays or extra fees.
