  • PayMato may facilitate payments through third-party gateways but does not hold or store user funds directly unless otherwise stated.

PayMato Store

  • Users can access the “PayMato Store” to browse, buy, or sell products through participating businesses.

  • Transactions are subject to terms set by each business or merchant.

Account Management

  • Users can manage preferences, update personal information, and track transaction history from their dashboard.


3. Fees and Charges Policy

  • PayMato does not charge users for accessing standard platform features.

  • Merchants and business accounts may have custom pricing or service fees.

  • Any service-related fees will be clearly disclosed before use.


4. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

  • Users must provide and maintain accurate and up-to-date information during account registration and KYC.

Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities are strictly prohibited.

  • Violation of policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts.

Compliance

  • Users are responsible for understanding and complying with relevant local laws and platform policies.


5. Refunds and Disputes

  • PayMato does not process refunds directly unless legally obligated.

Service Availability

  • PayMato is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized transactions, platform misuse, or user non-compliance with this policy.

  • Continued use of PayMato after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


9. Termination of User Accounts

Post-Termination

  • Terminated accounts will lose access to services and ongoing features. Data may be archived or deleted in accordance with our retention policy.


10. Business Accounts

  • Users opening business accounts must submit valid business registration documents and undergo enhanced verification.

  • Business features include product listings, invoicing, and merchant tools.

  • Business accounts are governed by a separate Business Account Policy.


11. Onboarding and Offboarding

  • PayMato reserves the right to define and revise onboarding and offboarding procedures at its discretion, based on compliance and risk assessments.
